Work has been completed at the old rolls Royce engine factory by Mindoro Developments. The design and build contract created 26 new workspaces. A new floor was designed and installed to hide the roof trusses within the walls & floors, maximising the space on the 2nd floor. Mindoro’s design team worked closely with the structural engineers & building control to ensure the project came in on time and budget.
